Get AMP'D
Amp'd just launched their service. I was a little suprised to see that they are only offering one device, "JET" at their launch. It's a Kyocera slider phone. They have 3 EVDO devices shown but the other two aren't available yet.
Update:> Just saw this http://msnbc.msn.com/id/10470095/ news that MTV is investing in AMP'D. When I first learned about the first MVNO in Scandanavia in 2001, MTV was the brand that jumped to mind as an obvious potential MVNO. There has been a lot of speculation in the US MVNO space for the last few years about what MTV was going to do. Well there you have it.

Why dosent the website download for http:/get.ampd.com when you go to the site it just stays black.

It looks fine to me. The site is all in Flash, so if you don't have a flash player installed or a browser that can handle flash, that is probably the problem.
