Get AMP'D

Amp'd just launched their service. I was a little suprised to see that they are only offering one device, "JET" at their launch. It's a Kyocera slider phone. They have 3 EVDO devices shown but the other two aren't available yet.
Update:> Just saw this http://msnbc.msn.com/id/10470095/ news that MTV is investing in AMP'D. When I first learned about the first MVNO in Scandanavia in 2001, MTV was the brand that jumped to mind as an obvious potential MVNO. There has been a lot of speculation in the US MVNO space for the last few years about what MTV was going to do. Well there you have it.

Yes Please
South Korea's three mobile carriers have agreed to all get together and force device manufacturers to standardize power and connector ports on mobile phones. I'm all for this. Currently we've got > 250 power adapters, car chargers, and data cables that we have to keep track of. Where do I sign up?
